My first marriage ended. We didn't know how to communicate, we focused all our energy on other things, and eventually the gap between us was too great.
I taught myself how this came to be and set out to help other couples learn from my mistakes.
Ultimately, I learned how to prioritize our relationship and create secure functioning by daily practices to prevent problems from building up.
While that may make it sound easy, it takes a lot of work and a lot of practice.
But ultimately, learning how to do this has created the greatest environment for my own growth and my family's happiness.
It has become a passion to help other couples learn to do so as well!
